Job Title: Support Worker - Eye Care Specialist

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Thera East Anglia, where you will have the opportunity to work with adults with a learning disability and make a real impact on their lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals with a learning disability, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement support plans, and provide emotional and practical support to individuals in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with a learning disability
  • Develop and implement support plans to help individuals achieve their goals
  • Work closely with the team to provide emotional and practical support to individuals
  • Support individuals in their daily lives, including helping with personal care, meal preparation, and leisure activities
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other professionals
