Position Overview

Role: Recruitment Consultant

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Compensation: Up to £29,000 plus commission

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with three days in the office

We are seeking an individual eager to enter the recruitment sector, ready to master the nuances of the position while establishing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. A confident communicator who proactively seeks to develop their own temporary staffing desk in the market is essential. Knowing when to collaborate with the team for support and motivation is equally important.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop new client relationships and secure business opportunities
  • Identify sales prospects for the team and meet targets through consistent business development efforts
  • Build trust with clients through regular communication and networking
  • Screen candidates to match client specifications and service agreements
  • Conduct sales presentations during client meetings and prepare proposals to win contracts
  • Manage the fulfillment of temporary positions

Candidate Profile
