We are looking for individuals eager to enter the recruitment sector, ready to master the nuances of the role while establishing excellent relationships with both clients and candidates. A confident phone presence and the initiative to develop your own temporary staffing desk are essential, along with the ability to seek support from the team when needed.
Your Role: You will be responsible for developing your own temporary staffing desk within the industrial and commercial sectors. Your primary focus will be on engaging with new, existing, and lapsed clients to deliver exceptional recruitment services. We trust you to make a significant impact.

The Team:
You will be part of the leading branch of Adecco, currently ranked No.1 in the Adecco League table. With a robust pipeline of temporary roles and a high-performing team, you will gain invaluable insights and experience.
Your Branch Manager is a key asset, providing guidance and support. The Temps Candidate Consultant will assist you with sales and administration, ensuring you connect with top-tier candidates for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively securing new client partnerships
- Identifying sales opportunities and achieving targets through consistent business development
- Building trust with clients through regular communication and networking
- Screening candidates to meet client specifications and service agreements
- Conducting sales presentations and preparing bids to win clients
- Managing the filling of all temporary positions
