London, Greater London, United Kingdom National Residential Landlords Association - NRLA Full time
Job Overview

About the NRLA

The National Residential Landlords Association stands as the premier membership body for private residential landlords in the UK, advocating for and supporting over 100,000 members. Formed through the merger of the RLA and NLA in April 2020, the NRLA is dedicated to addressing the regulatory and legal challenges faced by landlords.

Our members vary from full-time landlords managing extensive property portfolios to those renting out single-bedroom accommodations. Regardless of their experience level, landlords encounter similar legislative challenges, with over 150 laws imposing numerous legal responsibilities within the private residential lettings sector.

In September 2023, the NRLA expanded its services by acquiring Safe2, a leading provider of comprehensive property safety certifications. This acquisition allows us to offer landlords a streamlined compliance service, ensuring that gas, electrical safety, and energy performance certificates are consistently updated.

We are on the lookout for motivated and ambitious individuals to contribute to our mission.

As a medium-sized organization, we value adaptability and flexibility in our employees, encouraging innovative approaches and skill development. In return, we strive to create a supportive and positive work environment that fosters growth and collaboration.

Our members account for over 80% of our revenue, making their satisfaction crucial to our ongoing success. We seek individuals who are committed to enhancing service delivery and who are willing to challenge themselves to achieve better outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum. Our team typically enjoys a hybrid work model, spending up to four days working remotely and one day in the office.

Benefits include:

  • 25 days of annual leave, increasing with tenure
  • An additional day off for your birthday
  • Salary Sacrifice Pension scheme
  • Life insurance coverage
  • Health and wellbeing cash plan, including EAP and counseling services
  • Company sick pay
  • Loans for cycle purchases, season tickets, and interest-free staff loans
