About the Role:
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to manage and coordinate commercial activities.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Administer the client payment cycle, including final account and project change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project costs, revenues, and expenses.
- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Rail background is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience with NEC project management is desirable.
