This role with be based in the East Midlands and will involve work within Residential groundworks Projects. Senior Quantity Surveyor Roles and Responsibilities Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts. Manage and process payments for specialist subcontracts and key suppliers. Perform the closeout process, ensuring all contract terms are met and payments are verified. Work with the project team to evaluate the impact of budget changes. Review and validate weekly cost monitors, comparing forecasted costs with actual costs.
