We are seeking a highly successful and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager at Chancellors.

  • Maximize revenues and grow the property register through effective sales and marketing techniques

  • Drive business growth and profitability through effective team management and leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Estate Agency and customer service
  • Target-driven and tenacious, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Motivated and enthusiastic, with high standards of service and presentation
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
  • Full driving license and vehicle ownership
  • Legal right to work in the UK
