About the Roles:

We seek dedicated individuals who are enthusiastic about education and eager to contribute positively to the learning experiences of young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist classroom educators in delivering engaging and effective instructional sessions.
  • Support learners through individualized assistance and small group interventions.
  • Help cultivate a positive and inclusive educational atmosphere.
  • Encourage the social and emotional development of students, enhancing their confidence and independence.
  • Assist in the execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and other support personnel to address the unique needs of students.
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational resources and materials.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant Educational Support qualification (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3).
  • Experience in a similar capacity within an educational environment is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the curriculum and educational objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A caring and compassionate approach towards students.
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
