HRLife Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Advisor to join their team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.

This is a broad generalist role, working closely with the HR Business Partners to provide guidance and advice on a wide range of HR topics, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, reward, performance management, and absence.

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day advice and guidance to managers and employees, requiring excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work in a structured and organized manner.

  1. Support the HR Business Partners with all day-to-day HR advisory work, including answering queries and supporting managers with absence, performance, and grievances.
  2. Project manage the data and processes for key annual cycles, such as promotions, salary reviews, and performance management.
  3. Utilize HR systems to produce reports and provide accurate monthly reporting on headcount, attrition, and retention.
  4. Update and review all HR policies in line with new legislation and roll out and embed across the business.
  5. Partner with the wider HR team on managing redundancies, restructures, TUPE, and mergers as they arise.
  6. Support the development and implementation of the reward strategy, reviewing all data around salaries, increases, and bonuses.
  7. Work with managers to drive and implement a high-performance culture, including talent management and succession planning processes.
  8. Coach managers on performance and capability issues to drive high performance.
  9. Contribute to ad hoc projects, such as diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives.

Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
