Home Instead Westminster is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disability Support Specialist to join our team. If you have experience in providing person-centered care and supporting individuals with learning disabilities, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Learning Disability Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients. Your duties will include:

Facilitating Community Engagement and Participation

Assisting with meal preparation and promoting client participation

Supporting individuals with household tasks and upkeep

Administering medication

Accompanying individuals on outings and activities

Coordinating and attending medical appointments

Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
