Overview:
Challenge-trg Recruitment is collaborating with a leading retail organization to offer Waste Management Operative roles. This position is based in a dynamic industrial environment where you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
Compensation and Work Schedule:
- Pay Rates: £12:00p/h - £19:80p/h
- Shifts: 5 positions available (08:00am until 16:00pm)
- The role requires working 5 days out of 7, including some weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and segregating waste materials, ensuring proper identification and storage of recyclables.
- Regularly emptying and refreshing recycling and waste bins.
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal condition.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe refuse and recycling area.
- Managing lost property and overseeing the collection and safe disposal of waste and recycling materials.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
