As a Financial Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of our organization.
Compensation:
£34,000 - £40,000, with an additional 10% Annual Bonus, opportunities for advancement into Senior Leadership roles, and comprehensive benefits including Life Insurance and Hybrid Working arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
1. **Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements:**
- Generate and analyze monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. **Variance Analysis:**
- Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
3. **Year-End Audit Support:**
- Assist in the year-end audit process, ensuring all financial records are in order.
4. **Financial Transaction Oversight:**
- Monitor and manage financial transactions to maintain optimal financial performance.
5. **Financial Advisory Role:**
- Offer financial guidance to management to support strategic decision-making.
6. **Development of Financial Strategies:**
- Establish and analyze key performance indicators to drive financial strategy.
7. **Payroll Management:**
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
8. **Financial Reviews and Forecasting:**
- Manage monthly finance reviews and prepare quarterly and yearly forecasts and reports.
Qualifications:
- A recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or substantial experience in management accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with familiarity in Sage and SAP preferred.

To achieve the higher salary bracket, candidates must demonstrate their capability to meet the essential criteria of the role through prior experience and during the interview process.
