About the Role

At Westlands, we strive to ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care. By providing quality of life for older individuals, we contribute to making Central Bedfordshire a great place for all. As a Care Assistant, you will engage directly with our residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness.

This vital role comes with our full support, including comprehensive training and induction. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver personalized care to residents, allowing you to demonstrate kindness while simplifying their daily routines and ensuring enjoyment. You will assist with personal hygiene, prepare refreshments, and administer medication when required, following your training. Each resident is unique, and respecting their individuality is paramount. We foster a friendly, supportive environment that promotes independence and allows residents to make their own choices.

Ideally, you will have experience working with elderly individuals, including those with Dementia and physical disabilities. However, we value a naturally caring attitude, honesty, and humility above all.
