Senior Paid Media Account Manager

We Are Aspire Ltd is a boutique agency that delivers marketing with purpose. As the Senior Paid Media Manager, you will lead on all things PPC and Paid Social advertising. You will have full ownership and autonomy over the accounts you work on.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* End-to-end delivery of performance-driven PPC and Paid Social ads.
* Developing paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Managing client relationships and acting as the point of contact and escalation.
* Managing 1-2 direct reports.
* Supporting the co-founders with agency initiatives, best practices, and wider strategy.
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in PPC and Paid Social advertising.
* Expertise in delivering bottom-of-the-funnel paid media ads.
* Experience in supporting or managing junior team members.
* Experience in managing relationships with clients.
* An interest in working with sustainable and ethical clients.
