About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Account Director to join our team at The Good Marketer in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Paid Media Account Manager with a background in Digital Marketing or e-commerce to take on a key role in helping our clients achieve their sales goals.

As a Senior Paid Media Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing Paid Social and PPC strategies for a portfolio of clients.

You will be the agency's go-to expert for best practice on reporting, tracking, and analytics, and will be the point of contact for onboarding clients and developing valuable relationships for client growth and retention.

You will also contribute to nurturing prospects and bringing new clients into the portfolio, and will use your Digital Marketing expertise to offer integrated strategies for your team to implement.

You will analyze data and report on client finances and agency revenue to help drive business growth, and will report to the Founder/Director.

You will be a key member of the leadership team and will play a crucial role in driving the agency forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Paid Social and PPC strategies for a portfolio of clients
  • Be the agency's go-to expert for best practice on reporting, tracking, and analytics

Requirements
  • Previous experience working within the Digital Marketing industry as an experienced Senior Account Manager with an emphasis on Paid Media or Senior Paid Media Account Manager
  • Agency experience is essential
  • Able to consistently bring in new clients to the agency by utilizing proven marketing and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Comfortable analyzing data to create reports and spot opportunities for growth and upselling
  • A commercially driven mindset to work against business KPIs and report to the team, clients, and the agency leadership team
  • Autonomous in nature to manage a small team and multiple brands effectively
