We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Account Manager to join our team at Hello Earth | B Corp™ Performance Marketing Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts and delivering exceptional results through strategic planning and execution of paid media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring effective communication and meeting their marketing objectives.
- Paid Media Campaign Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms.
- Creative Performance Review: Analyze creative performance data to develop creative briefs for the design team, ensuring best-in-class content and creative for paid media campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (paid media specialists, creative, content) to ensure campaigns are executed according to client expectations and industry best practices.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, and analyzing campaign performance data to provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Account Growth and Expansion: Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, working closely with the business development team.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, planning and delivering paid media campaigns for e-commerce/DTC brands.
- Knowledge of Meta & Google Advertising to a level where you feel comfortable talking about these platforms with clients and accessing Ads Manager to source data and insights for reporting purposes.
- Competitive salary up to £35,000 depending on experience and level.
