Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on innovative design solutions for a variety of construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and verification of Temporary Works, ensuring integration with Permanent Works where necessary.
  • Provide alternative design solutions and value engineering to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support tender submissions with a focus on constructability and innovative approaches.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of third-party designs to ensure adherence to project specifications and client expectations.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team, fostering professional development.

Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for individuals who:

  • Are chartered engineers or are pursuing chartered status.
  • Have a keen interest or experience in Temporary Works Design.
  • Possess a valid UK driving license.
