As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering structural engineering services to our projects, ensuring compliance with industry design standards and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide inspirational line management, mentoring, and leadership to the Structural Engineering team.
* Collaborate on and lead the development of technology, people, and growth of team capability.
* Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver structural engineering services.
* Lead Structural Engineering excellence and deliverables through tenders, early-stage feasibility studies, and project specifications.
* Ensure projects and tenders are delivered in accordance with both Evolv Energies and Client engineering requirements.

Requirements:

* A Chartered Engineer with demonstrable Structural Engineering expertise in offshore wind.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels in the organisation and to key external stakeholders.
* Interest in actively developing external and internal relationships and participating in industry working groups and professional bodies.
