Key Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (based on experience)
  • Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays

Role Responsibilities:

As the successful Specification Executive, you will be an integral member of our Specification Sales team, driving our sales and marketing initiatives. Your main goal will be to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, surveyors, and healthcare professionals. Acting as a trusted consultant, you will assist them throughout the specification process for new construction and renovation projects. This position requires a thorough understanding of our product range and its application to meet specific project requirements.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Trovex products, including their features, advantages, and manufacturing processes.
  • Guide the sales process from initial concept through design to final implementation, understanding market pathways and decision-making dynamics.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to establish a routine of relationship-building activities for ongoing and future projects.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, delivering clear and impactful presentations to professionals.
  • Establish strong connections by highlighting the brand's offerings and the advantages of our specifications to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop initiatives that support the specification sales efforts.
