Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Develop and maintain accurate production plans, taking into account material availability, production capacity, and customer demand.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of materials and components.
  • MRP Management: Effectively manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) generated exception messages in our ERP system.
  • Communication and Coordination: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on production progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning and coordination.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
