Exercise Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exercise Instructor to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As an Exercise Instructor, you will play a key role in supporting our Physiotherapy Service in Bath and North East Somerset.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver exercise programs in various locations, including virtual classes, to support patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Work closely with physiotherapists to book patient appointments and manage caseloads.
- Accept delegated tasks from senior colleagues and use initiative to produce exercise programs and evaluate outcomes.
- Liaise with external agencies and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- A supportive team environment with regular supervision and mentoring.
- A competitive salary of £25,200 full-time equivalent per annum, plus group pension.
