Care Operations Manager Job Description

We are partnering with a leading care provider to deliver exceptional care services. As a Care Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and legislation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • NVQ 5 in leadership/management in Health and Social Care or a transferrable qualification
  • Knowledge and experience of compliance and CQC regulations in Health and Social Care
  • Understanding of Service Delivery and person-centred care and support
  • Strategic development, planning, and delivery of quality, innovative carer support services
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring care hour targets are met
  • Ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation
  • Providing a high-quality service, enabling individual needs and organizational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources
