We are currently seeking a Solutions Consultant to enhance our team, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional IT and Cyber Security support to local SMEs across the nation.
Role Overview
As a Solutions Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assist in generating new business opportunities by crafting technical solutions and developing comprehensive strategy designs tailored for our clients.
Your key tasks will include conducting presales technical assessments and preparing technical proposals, as well as facilitating demonstration sessions for clients utilizing Microsoft 365, Azure, and various contemporary technology frameworks and services. This encompasses areas such as networking, server and infrastructure hardware, and advanced security technologies.

Candidate Profile
To qualify for the Solutions Consultant position, you should possess:
- Proven experience in establishing and managing business system networks utilizing Microsoft technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments.
- Background in a technical support capacity.
- Capability to plan, develop, and document intricate technical solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and adhere to project scopes.
