About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Aramark. As a Station Chef, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cook and prepare food to a high standard, following recipe cards and menu guidelines.
  • Work well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and communicating effectively.
  • Assist with deliveries, stock checks, and kitchen maintenance.
  • Monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, and hot cabinets.
  • Participate in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
  • Train and coach new team members on kitchen procedures and standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent).
  • Excellent team player and communicator.
  • Confident and flexible chef with the ability to innovate.
  • Security checks and DBS required for this role.
