The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing a variety of electrical products, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensuring quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
  2. Following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  3. Confidently challenging working practices to improve assembly standards
  4. Conducting product safety and compliance testing
  5. Understanding the functionality and purpose of assembled components
  6. Developing and implementing best working practices
  7. Performing tasks such as wire preparation and crimping
  8. Optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety
  9. Collaborating with the assembly coordinator and production team to ensure timely completion of work to the highest standard
  10. Delivering work to a production schedule
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Experience working with electrical components and assembly
  2. Confidence in implementing quality checking procedures to ensure the highest standard of quality
  3. Ability to read engineering drawings
  4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  5. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including management
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  8. An electrical or electrical assembly qualification is desirable but not essential

This is a full-time, permanent position working weekdays only, with no weekend or shift work required.
