We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembly Engineer to join our team at a well-established business in Sudbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing a wide range of electrical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
  • Ability to follow SOPs and challenge working practices to improve assembly standards
  • Product safety and compliance testing
  • Developing and implementing best working practices
  • Performing operations such as wire prep and crimping
  • Optimizing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Collaborating with the assembly coordinator and production team to ensure work is completed on time and to the highest quality standard

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience with electrical components and assembly
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and deliver to a production schedule
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

This is a full-time, permanent position working weekdays only, with no weekend or shift working required.
