Electrical Assembly Engineer Opportunity

Just Recruitment Group is partnering with a reputable business in Sudbury to find an experienced Electrical Assembly Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality and attention to detail are paramount in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Confidence to challenge working practices and improve assembly standards.
  • Product safety and compliance testing.
  • Understanding of assembled components and their purposes.
  • Develop and implement best working practices.
  • Perform operations such as wire preparation and crimping.
  • Optimize processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Collaborate with the assembly coordinator and production team to ensure timely and high-quality work.
  • Deliver to a production schedule with confidence.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience with electrical components and assembly.
  • Confidence in checking procedures to ensure the highest quality standard.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Collaborative skills with cross-functional teams, including management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • An electrical or electrical assembly qualification is desirable but not necessary.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a standard working schedule, no weekend or shift work required.
