Job Title: Installation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Installation Specialist to join our team at Substantial Group. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing fibre connections into customer premises, maintaining the highest standard of customer service, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install fibre connections into customer premises
  • Maintain the highest standard of customer service
  • Manage tools and vehicles assigned to you
  • Complete assigned tasks on time and manage day-to-day jobs
  • Maintain H&S compliance
  • Work individually and as part of a team to achieve targets and KPIs
Requirements:
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence for minimum 12 months
  • SA001, SA002, S7, S8 or equivalent desirable
  • IPAF 1b desirable
  • NRSWA unit 2 (minimum) desirable
  • SMART AWARDS preferable desirable
  • Have telecommunications experience or transferable skills
