About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Specialist to join our team at Substantial Group. As an Installation Specialist, you will play a critical role in installing fibre connections into customers' premises, ensuring a seamless and outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install fibre connections into customer premises, maintaining the highest standards of customer service and quality.
  • Manage tools and vehicles assigned to you, adhering to our vehicle policy and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time, prioritizing day-to-day jobs and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance, identifying and mitigating potential hazards in the workplace.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Hold a full UK driving license for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Desirable qualifications include SA001, SA002, S7, S8, IPAF 1b, NRSWA unit 2, and SMART AWARDS.
  • Have experience in telecommunications or transferable skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service and technical expertise.
