Job Title: Front of House Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet every guest in a genuine and warm manner, answer phone calls, and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Taking and Processing: Take orders accurately and efficiently, process sales, and provide guests with receipts.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and pack food and beverages to the brand standard, ensuring that every order is fully complete and ready to be received by the guest.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, ensuring that all guest areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks, adapt to changing business volume levels, and be willing to cross-train in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a complete understanding of the menu, allergens, and brand standards, and be able to follow instructions to achieve exceptional guest service.
