Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving Customers: Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clearing Tables: Clear tables quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the dining area is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Sweep and mop the dining area, ensuring that it is clean and safe for customers.
  • Washing Up Duties: Wash up dishes, glasses, and utensils, ensuring that they are clean and sanitized.
  • Making Drinks: Prepare and serve drinks, including coffee, tea, and other beverages.
  • Till Operation: Operate the till system, handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Handling Money: Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring that all monies are accounted for and secure.

Requirements:

  • Good Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team Player: Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the business.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Barista Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
