Key Responsibilities:

As a Bid Writer, your duties will include:

  • Crafting customized responses and writing method statements for each proposal, ensuring alignment with local authority standards and effectively communicating win themes to create high-quality, sales-oriented submissions.

This role demands a specific writing style: the ability to produce persuasive, concise, and highly effective prose. Experience in writing with intention and strategy to drive sales is crucial.

Demonstrate excellent editing capabilities to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously in a methodical and often reactive manner are necessary.

Attention to detail is paramount.

A flexible and driven attitude is required, with the motivation to meet tight deadlines, occasionally necessitating extended hours (though this is not a regular occurrence).
