Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and participation in community activities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driver's license (essential).
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential - full training will be provided.
  • A caring and patient approach, with a commitment to empowering others.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
