About the Role: The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing all facets of Client Services within MAG's Ecommerce division. This role involves cultivating key partnerships and reporting on the effectiveness of Commercial Service performance to clients. You will foster strong connections and drive performance with existing clients while assisting the regional Business Development teams in acquiring new clients on a global scale. This position is pivotal in shaping MAG's B2B service offerings, acting as both an internal and external advocate for our service proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage essential client relationships and oversee client communications, including regular performance review meetings.
- Establish operational processes that guarantee quality, timely delivery, and clear value demonstration from our client engagements.
- Develop MAG's B2B marketing service offerings and play a crucial role in introducing these to the international market.
- Create precise scopes of work for new initiatives and proposals, including resource and cost forecasting.
- Serve as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding the commercial service proposition.
- Build strategic relationships with clients to identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to present ideas persuasively.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, capable of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing and enhancing strong client relationships, with the ability to cross-sell and up-sell services.
- Ability to empathize with clients to understand their perspectives and needs.
- Solid understanding of the complete marketing mix and the various capabilities that can benefit clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen, capable of accurately forecasting financial outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape to assist in building and managing client strategies.
