About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neighbourhood Management Officer to join our team at SLH Group. As a key member of our community engagement team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective neighbourhood plans to improve the quality of life for our tenants and communities.
  • Provide visible and accessible support and engagement to our tenants and communities through regular home visits and outreach activities.
  • Work closely with our estate management team to identify and address any issues affecting our properties and communities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver key performance indicators and improve service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our tenants, community groups, and other external partners to promote our services and values.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar neighbourhood management or housing role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Knowledge of housing and community engagement policies and procedures, with a commitment to promoting equality and diversity.
