Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based physiotherapy practices.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:
  • Registered with the Healthcare Professional Council (HCPC) as a physiotherapist.
  • Experience in leading and managing a physiotherapy team, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and improving departmental performance.
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on delivering excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve patient care and departmental performance.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and on-call shifts, as required.
