NHS Band 6 Senior Community Mental Health Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Assertive Outreach Team in Scarborough. As a Senior Community Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in providing evidence-based care and treatment to adults with mental health conditions who require a holistic approach to their care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and treatment to patients in a community setting
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to form a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to associate practitioners and students
- Act as lead professional or care coordinator as appropriate
- Promote social inclusion and community access through patient care
Requirements:
- Current professional registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
- Trained in Clinical Supervision or willingness to work towards within 6 months
