Key Responsibilities- Formulate and implement individualized care plans to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and patient-centered care.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote empowerment and self-management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current professional registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (RNMH or RNLD).
- Experience working with people with mental ill health and in inpatient environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly to meet the needs of patients and the organization.
