Person Specification- Current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Experience in community mental health nursing, with a strong background in assessments, care planning, and delivery of evidence-based interventions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement holistic care plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and their families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
