About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at BJF Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • Qualified in either mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Experience in project management, including estimating and tendering
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
