As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and rehabilitation to individuals with complex physical, sensory, cognitive, and emotional needs.
Main Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and managing the clinical needs of clients undergoing rehabilitation
- Supporting clients in maintaining physical and personal well-being, including diet, hygiene, and appearance
- Implementing and evaluating care plans and therapy guidelines
- Overseeing medication administration and continence care in collaboration with relevant professionals
- Maintaining a safe environment and adhering to infection control guidelines
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team and external professionals
- Training and supervising staff to ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards
About You
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation. You will have:
- Valid NMC pin registration
- Evidence of post-registration education and practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
