Job Summary

The Vaccination UK is seeking a skilled Vaccination Nurse to join our team. As a Vaccination Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vaccination services to children in schools and community clinics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administer vaccinations to children in schools and community clinics
  • Work collaboratively with the Vaccination UK team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support Programme Managers, Team Leads, and Clinical Leads as applicable
  • Attend sites across different locations as required
  • Deliver evidence-based and competent care to patients
  • Participate in clinical supervision and staff performance and development
  • Ensure all clinical incidents, near misses, and complaints are reported and processed in line with organisational policies and procedures
  • Participate in audits and share outcomes with the team for learning
  • Actively contribute to team meetings and undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Customer service and people management skills
  • Assertive, team player, and critical thinker
  • Nursing and/or Midwifery Qualification and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
