As a CRM Marketing Manager at DAZN, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our CRM strategy, driving business growth through data-driven decision making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions. You will be expected to manage multiple workstreams concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies that drive revenue and subscriber growth
- Lead the development and implementation of CRM automation initiatives
- Analyze results, optimize against findings, and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions
- Manage multiple workstreams concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of delivering strategic CRM initiatives that drive revenue and subscriber growth
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to manage high-priority projects to tight deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
