About the Role

CityFibre Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Change Manager to support the Head of Commercial Change in centralising and communicating all commercial change externally to our ISP customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of a 'Commercial Change' roadmap, ensuring all internal stakeholders and key customers are aware of communicated changes and their timelines.
  2. Establish processes and systems to gather inputs from the business on commercial changes that need to be communicated to customers.
Requirements
  1. Experience in supporting the development and implementation of commercial change roadmaps or large transformation programmes.
  2. Previous experience in gathering and scoping current processes to streamline and centralise processes and systems for effective commercial change communication.
