Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in the complete lifecycle of significant projects, particularly those with high-value MEP services. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Conducting feasibility studies and accurately forecasting material costs.
  2. Collaborating with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  3. Preparing and distributing commercial reports to the project leadership team for Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR).

Skills Required:
