Position Overview

Role Summary

The IT PMO internship is situated within the UK IT CIO Office team at Crédit Agricole CIB. This team plays a crucial role in assisting the GIT/ISS and GSP Department with financial planning and administrative tasks. We seek an enthusiastic, proactive individual who is adaptable and ready to tackle the challenges of this role. The PMO analyst responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, workforce planning, financial oversight, forecasting, and budgetary system support. Additionally, the team is instrumental in the planning phase, focusing on identifying and executing cost-saving strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of management accounting and will be accountable for managing the monthly IT financial processes along with the annual and monthly budgeting and forecasting within the department. This role necessitates close collaboration with various managers and PMOs across multiple locations.

Reporting to the Head of CIO Office UK, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Governance & Reporting

- Preparing, compiling, and conducting quality checks on IT Steering Committee and key management reports (both financial and non-financial).

- Facilitating GIT/ISS/GSP committees by documenting meeting minutes and tracking actions for essential governance forums.

- Monitoring and following up on outstanding actions across business lines and validating completion of tasks.

- Coordinating with PMOs regarding financial and project reporting.

- Producing KPIs and delivering detailed reports to internal stakeholders.

Resource Management

- Analyzing time tracking, identifying discrepancies, and providing insights to managers on preventive and corrective measures.

Process Optimization

- Engaging in process enhancement initiatives aimed at streamlining, automating, and boosting efficiency.

- Contributing to the management of change impacts by collaborating with stakeholders to guide them through the change process and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

- Preparing documentation for procedures and processes.

Communication

- Acting as a community manager by overseeing the collaborative platform for documentation repositories and shared information (SharePoint).
