Overview

Crédit Agricole CIB serves as the Corporate and Investment Banking division of the Crédit Agricole Group, providing a comprehensive suite of products and services in capital markets, investment banking, structured finance, and corporate banking. With a global presence featuring 18 trading rooms, including five liquidity hubs: London, Paris, New York, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, it positions itself strongly across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the United States. This role is based in London, within the UK COO Office of the Global Markets Division (GMD), offering direct support to the Chief Operating Officer for GMD, UK.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the UK GMD COO office with the following tasks:

UK Senior Manager Regime (SMR):

Support the management of the SMR Dashboard, collaborating with Support Functions for various reports and addressing user inquiries. Collaborate with the IT development team to suggest enhancements.

Governance:

Aid in the preparation of committee meetings, including attendance tracking, support documentation, minute-taking, decision logging, and follow-up on action points. Assist in designing and utilizing relevant dashboards to monitor risks, actions, and performance outcomes. Contribute to the formulation of the UK business strategy in alignment with the Global strategy for GMD, supporting its implementation and monitoring, while participating in global initiatives as necessary.

Delegation and Oversight:

Help document and maintain current delegations. Assist in implementing oversight for delegations.

Risks and Controls:

Support the monitoring of risks and the escalation process. Aid in designing, implementing, and documenting the three lines of defense model for the Senior Manager. Ensure that policies and procedures are kept up to date.

People and Culture:

Assist in preparing communications from the Senior Manager, including email communications, support documents for presentations, and town halls. Maintain current organizational charts.

Technology & Operations:

Facilitate interactions with Support Functions, particularly IT and Operations, through appropriate forums, dashboards, information exchanges, and escalation mechanisms.

Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as required.
