Poultry Farm Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Poultry Farm Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our poultry farm, ensuring the health and well-being of our birds, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of our poultry farm, including ordering feed, organizing staff rotas, and completing audits and paperwork.
- Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure the health and welfare of our birds, and to implement measures to prevent disease.
- Oversee farm maintenance, including repairs and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including animal welfare and food safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve farm productivity and efficiency.
- Proven experience in poultry farming or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
