Key Responsibilities:

* Manage site supervision, sub-contractors, supply chain, and workforce
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation
* Develop and implement safe systems of work
* Manage quality of the works to ensure client satisfaction
* Oversee the programme, monitoring and ensuring labour, plant, and materials requirements are sufficiently met
* Build and develop the team to deliver all aspects of the project requirements

Requirements:

* Successful experience as a General Foreman
* In-depth knowledge of company policy and procedures, safety legislation, and environment issues
* Extensive experience in managing all major civil engineering activities and temporary works
* Excellent people management skills and experience in team building
* Excellent communication skills, including communication with external stakeholders
* Compliant with Microsoft Office, ACD, BIM 360 Field, and BAM Site and BAM Nuttall software
* Attendance of SMSTS, Site Briefing Presenters course, Annual Management of Health & Safety, and Your Safety Is My Safety
* NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
* NEC course
