Job Title: Construction Manager
About the Role:
As a Construction Manager with BYLOR Joint Venture, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team on site to deliver the building package of the HBX building on site. This is a key role in our joint venture, and we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the construction process to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement construction strategies to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Strong package management experience, with a focus on CSA/MEP interfaces.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and other team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
